Thanks for your e-mail.  I've looked over the save lake cowal website which is great as well.  Our organization should definitely be able to take some action against Barrick Gold.  Some of us are familiar with Barrick and some of the other terror they've waged against people throughout their existence.  I will talk to some other members and organizers in OCAP as well as talking to other groups in town such as Toronto Native Youth, and people outside of town like the Mohawks of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, and the Indigenous People's Solidarity Movement in Montreal.

It would help if you could describe a bit what you think would be effective and useful for us to do here.  We could potentially do anything from a free range attack on Barrick Gold to public education.  Let me know and keep in touch.
